I'm a graduating senior at Cornell University studying Communications with a concentration in Media Studies. I've been passionate about the field since high school, where I practiced content creation and advertising. I attended an arts magnet high school where I was the Website Editor for the school's student-run magazine, The Muse. I ran and maintained the website, created content for both print and digital media, and worked directly with advertisers. I created and maintained all social media accounts creating organic growth via Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. This early experience cemented my interest in communication and social media.

At Cornell University, I've explored the Communication field through classes in different concentrations, including Communication and Social Influence where I focused on social marketing. I love research–I read papers and research outlets weekly, a recent one I found interesting was Pew Research Center's article on social media as a political outlet for Black Americans. My research has revolved around different theories and principles in Communication, and using those facts and data to analyze, design, and evaluate communication processes and outcomes. Information and data guide my decisions, and I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my knowledge and grow within a dynamic role.
